ICQ Lite and Netscape 6.2

Hi all!!

I have just recently installed the latest german version of SuSE 7.3-
all I want now is to get ICQ Lite to work (http://lite.icq.com)
it's a java applet. I have Netscape 6-1 installed and I have, of course, installed the Plugin for JAVA.
Now my question is... how come it doesn't work?? ;-)

Any ideas?

I don't want to miss being able to have an online contact-list.
I doubt any Linux version of icq will have that feature in the near future!
i really need to get ICQ lite working!

if you're running SuSE firewall icq won't work. their support database doesn't list a fix for this yet.

no firewall running. I reckon it's something to do with the javaplugin and links to it etc
