i want some information of porting linux on to strong arm.

hi all..

i want information how to port linux on to Strong ARM 1110(proayog board). how is porting done for this strong and what arm tool cahins are required, which GCC version is suitable. At present i am using kernel 2.4 version in my system.

I believe the Linksys NSLU device is running on ARM (but I'm not sure if it is the same as what you are after). It has several dialects of linux running on it. maybe you can piggyback on those efforts

There exists armlinux which works on the strongARM chip http://www.arm.linux.org.uk/, and also DebainARM. It might be easier to start with those.
