I want noatun to NOT stop when i logout


simple my computer is connected to my amp and i dont want the musik to stop when i logout of kde.
any idea?

look in to xmms2, its still a beta but is runs like a deamon in the background and you can controle it with a client

i fiddle around with it but its stil isn't mature enough

Why logout? Just lock your session.

mpd will do that when running as a daemon, nohup may help if you logout to kdm but as soon as you kill X it will die since it's an X application.
