if I'm not mistaken, as long as the user's samba password matches the user's login password on the windows box it shouldn't ask for a password (as long as samba's security settings are configured correctly, though the specific mode escapes me at the moment, i believe it would be 'user')

I know that But I want samba not to care about user and password any way even if it was or was not same as login user and password.

As with Windows itself, you can arrange for a folder to be "completely shared." The only thing that will be necessary is that the connecting user is recognized by Samba (or Windows), so that it can say, "oh yeah, I know this guy, and it says here that he's supposed to have carte blanche access to this folder and that folder and that one over there ... okay, done."

If you're willing to accept the security risk, you can also set a blank password for one specific user.

One thing I haven't tried -- I think in the stanza for a single shared directory, you can add

security = share

and that shouldn't supersede a different global setting, such as security=user for the rest of the server.
