Hello there.
I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 and have exported my home directory through Samba, on Windows(on Virtual Box).
Also, I have few users added to "Samba Users".
I'm able to access the samba share on windows and want to add windows based ACLs to the files in this directory. After opening the Security tab in windows, I click Advanced, to add new user permissions. I'm able to locate the user which I want but I try to set few permissions and click on Apply button, it says "Unable to save permission changes on <filename>. Access is denied."
I have set 777 permission in the export from terminal, still it's not working.
Can anyone please help me, how do grant full access to this export.

I found from google, that for ext3/ext4 file systems, ACL support and attribute support has to enabled at the mount time.
Can anyone tell me how to do that? Is it to be done from /etc/fstab ?
My current fstab entry for ext4 is:
