How to send a file from the IRDA of LINUX to a PDA using IROBEX protocol +commandline

Is there a simple command line to do this, in an easy way?

OBEXFTP is able to do IR data transfers, though I have never personally done it myself (I have only used it for Bluetooth).

According to the manpage, it supports direct IR connections of using an emulated serial port over IR.
