How to remove the existing rpm is the F7?

Hi,

i wanted to see the recent rpm's on my system and the command used was:

yum list recent

But an error was thrown by yum command:

Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Error: Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: fedora

what does the file repomd.xml contain?

Is there any other way to see the existing rpm as well as unistalling the rpm?

There is always the rpm command...

"rpm -qa --last" will list the packages by install time.

"rpm -i packagename.rpm" will install a package.

"rpm -e packagename" will erase a package.

"man rpm" for all the manual-goodness.
