How to reinstall Windows XP without cdrom reader using Grub2 + ISO

Hi, It happens I need to use microsoft excel, so reinstalling windows XP. Since I have no cdrom on the pc nor usb cdrom reader, I would like to sort of fake the computer installing using grub2 and booting the iso that I will create

That will not work. After the first part of the installation the system will reboot with the Windows bootloader installed, but it needs the CD in the second part of the installation, too, and will not find it. If you have to use Windows, I would recommend to install it into a virtual machine or get a USB-CD-reader.
