How to play Audio/ Video CD on FreeBSD

I'm using FreeBSD 5.1 (KDE)

I coudn't play the audio CD from the KSCD. How do i play the audio CD in KSCD.
I can only listen to the files in the CD after saving the file and play it in the wma format with the Media Player and not the CD Player.

When i try to open a video CD. It will display some error msg. How to enable myself to play a video file?

I'm new in this. Please help.

I can't. It will pop up an error message. Something about can't detect the files. n wrong format or sumthing.

what about audio files??
I can only play it wif mplayer IF i save the .cda file n turn it to wma on the machine. DO i really need to do that to all the files in order to play it??
Can't i play straight from the cd wif CD PLayer???
