How to pass env variable to KDE?

Good afternoon

I want to start mozilla with the env variable LANG=ja_JP.eucJP by just clicking on the mozilla icon on the desktop. I tried to edit the command to execute in the properties of that shortcut but that didn't work.

Please help.
Thanks.
