How to make widgets for KDE?

Okay, I have lately been trying to figure out how to make linux look like the AlienGUIse Theme Manager, from Alienware. Does anyone know of a good tutorial site? I have tried to google and looked on kde-look.org. I have not found anything in depth and relatively new. I have even searching this forum and others I know of.

What I need is a full tutorial. KDEs website seemed limited. -So even if you only know of a good site for creating a complete widget set and theme, that would be great.

Thank you.

well, the person to ask would have been Mosfet, but the
no-talent morons at kde-look.org kept attacking him, so he just
totally left OSS and has yet to return.........and it's really too bad
because he had lots of talent for this kde widget stuff!!

Okay, so what should I do then? Does Mosfet have a website or some documentation anywhere that could help me out? -Are there any IDEs that could be used or is all coded by hand?

Thanks

Okay, I found what is supposed to be a copy of Mosfet's original tutorial. I have also, found Mosfet's website; however, everything seems to be geared towards KDE 2. Is that acceptable, or is it too outdated?
