How to know what files an app is looking for?

I'm trying to use "diskdrake" in Slackware. I've grabbed some libs, and "diskdrake" itself. But it cannot create any partition... and it terminates without saying a word what it was looking for.
How to know what it needs?
Thanks.

Or you can just provide me with "diskdrake" source, since it doesn't exist now at its homepage, i.e. tell me valid address if you know.

Thanks, david_ross! It appeared I have almost nothing what "diskdrake" needs
And its output file is.... ENORMOUS... I think I'll spend nights watching it:|
