Question how to generate connections


I Have some problem. I has implemented web server in my network. I want to know delay performance on web server. I want to generate connections to web server with 100000 connection.
I have try the command :
My Document Root is : /var/www/html/file. in file directory there is some file ex: file1 file2 file3
ab -n 100000 http://192.168.0.2:80/file. but when i look with 'netstat -avt' thereis no establish connection. HOw i can to generate all file in there directory with establish connnection state with 100000 connections.
