do not uderstand how to fix youtube issue in Chromium - window "Ooops" every other minute .
accord to google advice to edit folder "~/.config/google-chrome/Default" - how to get access?? i use Linux Mint 17 rebecca . Thnks .

thks solved .but how to import bookmarks fr chromium to chrome now?

I don't use chromium. But in chrome, bookmarks are sync when you log in with your google account.
