How to enable printer


enterprise linux 6
Kernel 2.6.32-71.el6 i86

When i tried to enable line printer using
enable line
throws a error
password for username on localhost?
but
login as root and

sudo enable line

works well.

what is the procedure to make all users enable the printer.

Typically you should add them to a group and permit the group to print.
