how to enable crontab command for normal users?

hi everyone,
I have install RHEL5 and created normal user as "test". When I login as root user, I can run crontab command but when I login as test user, I can't run crontab command and throws error as "cron/test: Permission denied".
Can anyone suggest me how to enable crontab command for test user as well?

Thank you

It sounds like your test user is not in the cron group:
Code:

# groups test

Thank you for your suggestion.

If you want some of your users to run administration commands .. configure sudo
