How to Ctrl-Alt-XX key bindings in IceWM?

Hi,
In IceWM Ctrl-Alt-arrow key changes the working desktop display. However, I am running a vnc session of linux, and on the windows side of things I have a program running that takes control of those keys to rotate the display 90 degrees, so this function no longer works in IceWM.
I figure if I can remap the keys to something on the numberpad, say, It would work out just fine.

Thanks!

Ive not used icewm, but here some info on keymappings. If there is an entry that currently changes the workspace, maybe you can edit them.
