How to convert PDF Files to Text/image/Word/HTML?
 
Hey,guys.I will graduate next year,yes,it is a wouderful thing.I'm so happy but there is something wrong about my thesis bothering me,so I must come here to ask U for help!!
Here is the puzzle,I need to convert some PDF files to Word,or Text ,or image and so on, which will be used in my thesis, I need a fast, reliable way to convert pdf info to Text/image/Word/HTML.
Can anyone help? Thank you.

Hi,

I do agree with 'Nylex'. But the OP was not really that clear with the query as to the conversions specific platform(s). 'Word' docs can be read/modified with several Gnu/Linux office suites. So some interest for Gnu/Linux conversions in both directions.

One of the reasons for a new LQ member to read;
FYI: I suggest that you look at 'How to Ask Questions the Smart Way' so in the future your queries provide information that will aid us in diagnosis of the problem or query.

I was considering the Thread move to <General> but the query has Gnu/Linux associations. Remain here for now.

I think PDF conversion programmes enable to quickly convert files. i have useed a PDF converter which searchon googl but i forgot the website,it can original layouts hyperlinks, Images and tables retained in word , text, image, Epub, html. By the way ,you should pay attention to your system platform, select the suitable one .
