how to add users to postfix?

Howdy,...
im new to postfix and i have read all guides on postfix.org and on some forums.
i had installed postfix-2.2.5-7mdk and courier-imap.
i had added the lines

Quote:

myhostname = blubitch.acme.com
mydomain = acme.com
myorigin = $mydomain

to /etc/postfix/main.cf
and

Quote:

jhon: janed
jbk: jbk

to alias (i wish does users will be able to acsses my postix)
now to the problem when i try to connect (via thunderbird) to my mail server (i can only connect to localhost and not bluebitch.acme.com) i cannot log into users boxes. (login failure).

could some one plz explain how can i add users to postfix (from a to z).
i mean only real users not virtual.
plz advice..

i test the smtp it works fine (connected via telnet to 127.0.0.1 and sent emails).
i tested that im able to send using my own users(real) to external mail server (gmail) works fine .
but when i try to send between real users it says it had been sent but i don't see any mails in inbox(or in /var/spool/mail/user .
i had installed dovecat (didn't make any changes to dovecot.conf).

ok i can send msgs thru thunderbird (with erors but can).
but here is the trikey part :
when i try ro send to postmater root or even users the unfo file says it

queue active

and don't send any msg to real users.

when i send other mail servers all works good.
when itry to send to mydomain.no-ip.info fom other mail server i get no error but also get no msg (i put a http forwarding).

i asked from few ppl to try to send via my smtp to me all gets some blank msg.
