The lotus plugin is distributed with the gnumeric package at least in recent debian or ubuntu. If you installed gnumeric, the plugin should be available (have a look to the Tools/Plugins menu entry).

Wink Thanks for reply.What I am looking for is / menu of Lotus 123.

Thanks for reply.
Tools/Plugins menu entry includes Lotus 123 plugin which is useful only for importing Lotus 123 files.What I am looking for is / menu of Lotus 123.

a) / menu of Lotus 123 (which allows workig with keyboard,without mouse) is not available.
b) In Excel(MS office 1997,MS office 2000),there was option for transition key.
Tools-> options->Transition key
This transition key allows / key to work.

Lotus 123 / key menu has many advantages over all other Spread sheets (Libre Office,MS office 2007 and onwards)

1) easy to creat Range Name
2) easy to insrt delit rows and column
3) easy to copy range which is away ,withot need to select perticular range with mouse or without
using F5 (go to) key as in Libre Office for selecting range.
4) easy to use many other function such as Move,Format,freezing Titles(rows and Columns)
5) faster while creating new worksheet.

Are there plug ins for Libre Office Calc or in Open Office Spreadsheet which allow functioning of / key (which was available in Excel 1997,Excel 2000)

This has not been implemented in Gnumeric. Please file an enhancement request at bugzilla.gnome.org.
