How to access mounted sd card through nfs

Hello,
I have an embedded system which uses a root filesystem over NFS. On the board there is also a SD card slot and I can mount the card to some directory, however, when I navigate to this directory on the NFS server (host PC), it is empty.
Is it possible somehow to access the SD card from the host PC?

best regards
Jan

When you export an NFS mount it only takes the filesystem you exported and NOT any submounts on top of that. You need to export the submount as well then on your PC first mount the original share then mount the the second share on top of it.
