How is Firefox's skin/theme changed?

I would be happier if I didn't have to look at the icons that Fedora 13 installed on Firefox. How do I change it and why is it so damn ugly? Why didn't they make them to appear to be carved from Rock?

Thanks in advance!

The way I would use is go to firefox's official website and install a new theme or go to tools, add-ons, then themes and you should be able to disable it.

I went to Firefox, downloaded a jar file, dragged it on the add-on manager window and after a restart, presto. No more ugly interface.

Thanks for the reply!
