Exclamation How do you delete a file called "--tape-lengh=1"? I've tried everything...

Well, I guess the topic title says it all. I've tried rm, I've tried to rename it, I've tried to shred it, and wildcards don't help either. I accidentally created this while using tar, and I have no clue how to delete it other than by using another OS or wiping the file system. Every prog I use thinks it is some kind of modifier or option. Is there a way to delete this other than by using X programs?

Can someone create a file like this on their hard drive and help me out with this? I bet I could delete it by using OpenOffice or something, but this really is an interesting issue.
