How do I stop X Eyes from running???

OK, everything seems to be working OK now. I have XWindows running, and I figured out how to get my mouse to work, and it has all the right colors.

Now, how do I stop X Eyes from running??? I ran a copy just to see what would happen. Then I ran a second copy of it, now I have 2 sets of eyes staring at me. There doesn't seem to be a way to stop this thing, it stores it in some file someplace so that it runs every time I start XWindows, How do I stop this thing??? It was neat just to see it run once, but now I want to quit it, so how do I do that???

kill

Open a terminal window.

ps -eaf | grep xeyes

Ignoring the output line with grep xeyes on it read the second column of four digit process ids from these remaining lines and type

kill -9 <pid>

Where <pid> is a process id of an xeyes process. This should kill this process.
