How do I set NLM blocking lock wait on linux client?

Hello

I hope this is the right forum for my question?

I need to set a blocking lock wait of NLM (Network Lock Manager) on linux client (Ubuntu) which will wait for an ASYNC NLM_GRANTED response from server.

Does anyone know how do I set the client to wait for the NLM_GRANTED request on the client side?

Thanks in advance

From the Ubuntu documentation: http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/...8/statd.8.html

You also need to read the LQ Rules about posting duplicate questions, and the "Question Guidelines"...providing details is something you need to do. You don't say what version of Ubuntu, anything about the server, or what your goals are. We can't guess.
