how do I move ldap database from old server to new server.

Currently running SCO linux mail server and want to migrate to SUSE mail server. I have over 150 users that I do not want to have to recreate by hand in LDAP. Is there an easy way to copy the LDAP files from my SCO server and put them in the SUSE server LDAP files? I have been trying to locate a tutorial on the steps needed but so far have not found what I am looking for.

LDAP databases can be copied from one server to another by using an ldif file.

Openldap provides slapcat for exporting and slapadd to import.
