How do I monitor systems resources?

Hello,

I am getting a lot of hits on one of my websites on my server. I had to purchas extra bandwidth from Exodus because of the amount of hits.

What are some things I can do to make sure I'm not running low on system resources such as ram, bandwith and being able to serve images and webpages.

Is there any software that I can run on the server that is real time, visible through a browser or something I can load on my pc and monitor over the net?

Thanks
