How do i install gcc bc and make rpm's

I'm using mandrake 9.2, and am trying to get my speedtouch330 working. However the fix that i've been given in my other thread needs these to be installed. How? Thanks.

Oh and where can i download them? I think i can manage to install them using the mankdrake control center (look before you post eh ), just need to know where i can download them. Thanks.
