Is there an easy way to create pdf files?

I have SuSE 7.3 and tons of software. What software is used for PDF making?

depends how you want to make it really, easiest way is usually just to print a doc to a postscript file and then just use ps2pdf to convert it.

Actually found that all I had to do was in KWord got to print and choose print as adobe PDF. Some of my other programs have print as PDF file too. Now all I need to do is send them as attachments.
