how can integrate kmplot/kalgebra/any other math prog with OO

Hello,..

since last july im working on documentation of my acdemnic studies (i study Software Engennering).

while sitting in class i don't write in a notebook but type in my laptop.
the problem is that i need to paint lots of two and 3D graphs and it takes my lots of time:
after working in this method i came to be able to type all what the profesor is saing and even to write math eqations little slower then the prof is writting on the board.

for now i use kalgebra and kmplot to paint but it takes lots of time (to jump between programs and save to file and add that file to OO).

what im searching for is some abilty to write math equaion in OO and then using some script to add the graph to the document.

btw i could not find some some 3d shapes to add to OO (like sphera ,parbuloid ,conus etc ...)

the project is in (most of the lectures are in non english but math is math ):
