Can you use better thread titles in the future? Your does not explain your thread or question whatsoever and it misleads members that use this site.

Text files (.txt) can read using vi editor
Like that which command or editor use to read adobe acrobat (.pdf) files

I don't think there's any pdf reader for the command line... :(

<edit>

One thing you could do is use pdf2html to convert a pdf to html and then view it in links/lynx.

You're making new threads instead of posting :(

You will notice that I have merged your threads and given them a useful title. If you have a question followed by further questions on the same subject, post them in your original thread - it means we can all follow the steps and no one has to post identical answers.

And your thread titles help no one - least of all yourself. Many people will just ignore a title like "yes" or "no" because, well, with over a million posts on LQ no one has to answer a poorly worded question. There are plenty of threads to go around.

I just have to ask...

Why do you need to use the command line?
Are you unable to load X?

This thread sounds very familiar - you wouldn't be involved with CAT scan or MRI would you?

:scratch:

First you double posted..

And you keep making your thread titles "no" on any thread and then this..
