how can i make transperent windows?

I wish to make transpert windows(window bak ground shows what behind this window).
i saw it on :

Some programs support transparency; most don't. If you want a transparent terminal, there are several of those. Aterm's perhaps the most popular. The documentation should tell you how to do it.
