Help with printer log file formats...

Hey everyone...

Does anyone know how I can customize the log files created when I print?

At the moment it's printing out far too much and in a really hard to read format.

I would like to be able to remove any unwanted information, and log only the information that I need...

Here is a guidline of what's happening and what i want.

I have my Redhat 8.0 machine set up as a print server running Samba so that my Windows machines can print use it as well...
That part is fine...

I would however like to log the print jobs by netbios name rather than username which it is currently doing.

I would also just like to log the filename and when the job started and stopped.

If anyone knows if this is possible (which I'm sure it is...) or if they know of somewhere where I can find this info could they please point me in the right direction.

Thanks guys...
