Question Help with firefox chache view

is there a browser cache view extenstion for linux. cache view 1.7.xpi does not seem to be recognised in linux.

I need to view the browser cache, and copying the cache folder from a different machine(browser) on to the new machine under /home/<user>/.mozilla/firefox/<random no>.default/Cache

does not seem to work. tried this with about:cache

any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

There is no such thing.

Firefox plugins are managed by Firefox, not Linux.

Just go to the Add-Ons for Firefox web site, find the one you want, and click the Install button.
