hi guy, i am getting crazy this time, would anyone can help me?

This is my problem :

our company have three branch, in taiwan, malaysia, indonesia.
we have one mail server in taiwan.

All of the user connect to the mailserver in taiwan. We have the master MIS (M I S 's Head) in taiwan.

There are no problems in our networks connection between us (taiwan, malaysia, indonesia) untill someday the MIS in taiwan was add a new user into the server.

The problem is our user in indonesia cannot send an email to that new user (no one of indonesia user can send email to that new user) but taiwan's and malaysia's user were able to send to that new user.

But for other user exclude that new user we can send and receive email among us.

I wonder why the indonesia's user were not able to send to that new user.

i have search high and low for the causes, but everything seem to be allright.


Can anyone give me some hints.

What is the error message?

Did you forget to update your aliases, etc.

The error messages:
the connection time out while talking to xxx.yyy.com.
we can send each other except that new user.
