Help Changeing font sizes

I suddenly had an odd problem where all my fonts became smaller, I was able to fix most of them in Kcontrol but non-KDE applications (iceweasel, VLC) still have smaller fonts than I would like. Is there some global command for adjusting font size I could use to set it back to normal?

Doubt it. GUI apps have a nasty habit of having their own secret ways, mostly its because of the GUI toolkit and lack of system services for such information.

What toolkit do those apps use?
