I am new to linux ..looking to give exam for RHCE
i am new so if you can direct to resource or can help me with some material will be very thankful.
please respond if you can help or need some help for RHCE..

wow...RHCE for a newbie?
you know, it's quite a tough certification.

did you consider getting started with a comptia linux+ or a lpic first?

other than that, you can find endless linux tutorials and howtos on the net.
Those kind of exams though rely quite extensively on command knowledge so it would be a huge help to actually spend LOTS of time hacking and fiddling (and likely messing ) around on a test system...

As for resources, I usually go to ucertify.com, though I really don't know whether they have stuff for rhcp/e
