hda1 at LILO boot prompt

Hey! Here's what is going on:

At my LILO prompt, I have three choices:

dos
linux
hda1

What's hda1, and how can I get rid of it? It's just annoying to look at. It's the GUI LILO thing, because I use RedHat. Thanks!

You're seeing that because of an image listed in the /etc/lilo.conf, most likely. You could go in and edit that file to remove the section listing parameters for it, and then set the changes after editing and closing the file by running
Code:
/sbin/lilo
HTH
