Have a look at this site www.linuxsucks.com!

The thing I love about this site is that it earnestly sets out to really criticise linux, saying how useless it is. But all the people on it's forums say that linux rocks!

A quote from the site:

" If you have better things to do than install an OS that is "free", we encourage you to buy Windows XP. It costs less than Linux (when you look at the big picture). "

This is like the old dilbert saying "You wouldn't notice if a more intelligent person than you doubled their IQ tomorrow, so why bother to learn stuff."

The premise for the site was obviously not very well thought out, but I kind of like it. It has all the links to upgrade to Windows XP and even LinuxSucks.com merchandise!!

Amazing

Try to look at this site www.fuckmicrosoft.com much better, and I love that site, just remember one thing that Microsoft with Windoze NT or 2000 only have 4% of the world's webservers, and 85% to UNIX/LINUX - Why is that I wonder, as those people operating Web servers or IS'P are Professionales - they can not all be wrong, and the people using Windoze manly are Childern or people who don't know better or as a Workstation.
Also LINUX are widley used in many BIG companies as main servers, in other words where professionales work it is LINUX

I think the most distubing thing about the linuxsucks website is that someone has taken the time to portray Bill as the BSD Devil, and doing something he shouldn't to Tux.

... to bother making the site in the first place. Why would anyone actually sit down, open a HTML wysiwyg editor and start making something only so they could say "Ah, I feel much better about my hatred of <whatever>."

I'm sure if you informed the author of this he could add it to the list of reasons to avoid Linux.

The problem is that I need balanced opinion of someone who does not like/use Linux. I'm writing something and it'd be a great help

Windows XP You'll want it even more after trying Linux. Like Linux, it also "never crashes". It's true, Windows 98 crashes all over itself when under stress, but the Windows user interface blows KDE and GNOME and all the others away, as does the hardware support. Even the Windows 3.1 GUI is more stable and user friendly than what Linux has cropping up around it
This one really made me smile

The Win3.1 interface...user friendly? I admit, for its time it was user friendly, and certainly more user friendly than some of the alternative dos based GUI things, but I thought it was rubbish, myself.

And it's not true about XP never crashing...I've even had the install program crash on me!
