Since this issue is most likely with the UUID not matching correctly when booting the clone external drive, I ran that boot info script and here is that; Can I just copy and paste in the correct UUID # listed for my Ubuntu 10.04 on sdb6, and for 12.04 on sdb7, then into; /etc/grub.d/40_custom ? I had to delete some of this to shorten it to fit for posting.
