There`s a problem like this:
"checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!"
which headers he wants?

Default naming scheme for header archive is "devel", belonging to <pkg>: <pkgname>-devel-<versions>.<extension>.
For KDE that could be for instance "kde-devel-3.0.tar.gz".
When installed, they should reside in /usr/include/kde.
