gtop process using 20% of CPU?

Hi,

my Redhat7.3 machine has been rebooting on its own
lately...when I run performance monitor there is this
process called gtop that is consuming 20% of the CPU.
Anyone know what this gtop process is?

I'm just kidding in the above post. Gtop is the Gnome system monitor.

Thanks...I should have known that and I think I do remember
reading it somewhere in a text book but I have obviously
forgotten!

you will run less if you just use the cmd line vs of top as su -
