grub doesn't recognize my root filesystem

Hi

I just reinstalled my self built linux, and i have a problem with grub 0.94.
I reinstalled grub, and copied stage1 &2 & reiserfs_stage1_5 to /boot/grub,
and i made a boot disk. I booted my machine ran setup, and verything went fine until I booted again, and found that when i typed "root (hd1,0)", my root partition, it said it did not recognize the filesystem type, but i can boot of the floppy. So what's up, what can i do to fix it?

thanks,
behmjose

Did you run grub-install from inside linux after you upgraded grub? It should setup all the stage files for you to make sure they are correct. Then run grub, root (hd1,0) setup (hd0) to put grub on the MBR. Then reboot.
