Post group quota


In my system i installed rhel server 5.1.I tried user & group quota in my system.User quota is working but group quota not working.userquota & group quota setfor /home dorectory.user quota working but group quota not working.Also i don't know any different apply need for group quota.If any thing please tell me.

The big question is: what does "group quota not working" means? Can you be a bit more specific? Thank you.
