Group as owner instead of a user

Is it possible to set a group as the owner of a file/directory? I now get this:

[root@fileserver directory]#ls -la
total 3
drwxr-xr-w 5 user groupB 4096 May 25 12:09 .
drwxr-xr-w 20 user groupB 4096 May 24 11:16 ..
drwxr-x--- 2 user groupB 4096 May 24 11:16 directory
[root@fileserver directory]#

but what I really want is this:

[root@fileserver directory]#ls -la
total 3
drwxr-xr-w 5 groupA groupB 4096 May 25 12:09 .
drwxr-xr-w 20 groupA groupB 4096 May 24 11:16 ..
drwxr-x--- 2 groupA groupB 4096 May 24 11:16 directory
[root@fileserver directory]#

This is because I want to give rwx rights to GroupA and r-x to GroupB.

Can you help me out?

Its not setup that way. If your wanting to assign multiple groups though, check into using ACL.
