Does it exist a board with input output gpio to install in a PC with linux?

Do you mean you are looking for a PC that has a GPIO peripheral built in? I know of Alix board from PC Engines, it has Winbond w83727hf circuit. Linux has drivers for this chip (like many other GPIO chips), as you can see here.

If you look at the specifications these boards are based on the 8255 chip.
