GParted GPT supports

When creating partitions in GParted, can I make my partition to have GPT/MBR, in GParted?
Thanks.
GPT: EFI standards of MBR.

Can you give us more information about what you are trying to achieve?

Normally, you have one MBR per disk - you don't need more than this...
Can you explain for us uninitiated what a GPT is, and what EFI is.

The MBR is normally defined as the first sector of the disk. Boot code can also go in the Boot Sector--defined as the first sector of a partition.
None of this is a function of tools like GParted---these simply create partitions.
