GNU GRUB version 0.97 (639K lower / 1948476K upper memory)

Hi,
I installed CentOS 6 on windows 7 Laptop. It was working properly but one day he show the issue " GNU GRUB version 0.97 (639 lower / 1948476K upper memory) [Minimal BASH - ........]
grub >

I try to reboot from CentOS CD but it show " Load the kernal before ...."


Please help me how to solve this issue and may i reboot from bootable Pendrive.
