GNOME toolbar

Ok this is a very simple question but I forgot how to do it. I woke up this morning and then mistakenly placed the bottom GNOME taskbar on FedoraCore3 where the tabs like open up when you open a new program placed it on the left hand side of screen instead of bottom... I didn't realize when I did it but now it won't let me drag it back to the bottom. How do I move the GNOME toolbar back down to the bottom? WHen I try to drag its not working.

Right-click, properties, and in the 'General' tab change the 'orientation' to 'bottom'. Et voila.
