iv heard that once enlightenment is stable then the above GUI's are dead as it equals eyecandy

Dude. No. This is just a really easy way to start a flame war. I'm closing this before we're all at each others throats.

The holy wars are well documented - destop environment wars, vi vs emacs and so on. Lets keep them off LQ please.
